Prills and more Prills

Good evening! Hope all is well with all. I have a goal in my store to carry all the wonderful colors of prills. These things are absolutely the funnest mediums to work with. I guess they would be called a medium. I have been adding them to everything I make as in cards or scrapbooking. They look really neat on mixed media items. Getting My junk Journal On!!

So between working and grandkids I have found a new passion with the junk journaling. I am very new at it so I am just getting my feet wet. I have watched a ton of youtube videos so now I am playing a little. I have found that the "clusters" are so fun to make whether out of fabric or paper they are just plain fun to make. Here are a few I have made my first time trying.

This material I used is from thrift stores and it has been sitting around for years. Just pull it out of the drawer and go...give it a try. Well time for bed...no rest for the wicked...lol...

Coming Back a Little

Well, well, well... It has been a long time since I have been here. I was surprised to see my blog is still here.
So I am still working full time and I am trying to be my own design team for some of the embellishments I make but just have not found the time to list. I will be coming out with some Junk Journal embelles in a few weeks. I have made a mental note to also get my blog active again... Let's see if I can pull it off this year!!

Somewhat new!

Hello there. Here I am again writing ti myself...lol... It's ok. When I first opened my ETSY shop I made some seam binding into crinkle ribbon and just recently I have been re-introducing color schemes into the shop. I have been having fun putting colors together. Here are a few examples...

I like to make both female and male colors. So I am still working full time and loving it. I work with a really good crew. It's nice going to a job I like. Will be happy also when I can dedicate my time to the store!! You all have a great day and I will be SURPRISED if someone reads this. Hehehehehe....

A simple card...

For a change I made a card finally. Still working a lot so not to much time to devote to scrapping. One day I will be able to once again craft!!! This is a card I made for someone special....for her birthday.

Almost a year!

Wow...It has been a long time since I have been on here. I am sure no one visits anymore and like in the beginning I am writing for my own benefit. Haven't had much time for anything lately. I have advanced in my job and I am in a good place and sorta proud of myself for achieving this. Although it takes a lot of my scrappy time up. My craft room has been under construction for 2 years now as we have been remodeling our house. Instead of whining about that I focus on the end result...The craft room and patio are what I am chomping at the bit for!!! They are in reach now!!!
So nothing really new in the store....I have lots of ideas for new items and I am getting close to that goal. Just need the space to work in. I am just going to put some new flowers I am carrying. MAY All ready!!

Wow time does really fly by. I think especially after the forties!!! It seems like forever since I have posted here. I am taking on a little venture with my daughter.....we are going to make hair clips and bands together and the proceeds will help her college fund. So I wanted to share some of our first clips.
